Dogs Welcome
Dogs are welcome in all of our holiday cottages, shepherds hut and camping pitches.
The Dutch barn and Skyber barn can accommodate up to 4 dogs, whilst Darzona, the Shepherds hut and camping pitches can accommodate up to 2 dogs
Just a short walk down the lane, you can access a public footpath, which will take you on a pretty walk all the way to Crackington Haven beach. It's about a 40 minutes each way. The beach does have dog restrictions during the summer months, but before 10am and after 6pm dogs are allowed on the beach. You can also take the dog on the coast path either side of the beach.
The cafes and pub at Crackington haven are all dog friendly.
You are welcome to walk your dog around the farm, and there is a large recreation field where dogs can be exercised.
We do have livestock, and so dogs must be under control at all times. It is mandatory that they are on a lead if you are in a field with livestock.
Our favourite all year round dog friendly beaches are Trebarwith Strand and Black Rock at Widemouth bay. You do need to check tide times for Trebarwith though, which you can do by downloading the magic seaweed app on your smart phone.
Dogs staying on the campsite must always be kept on a lead, this is out of respect for other guests who may not want dogs roaming near their tents
There are a couple of areas where you can wash your dog with a hose if necessary. Our cottages all have hard flooring downstairs, though we don't allow dogs on furniture or upstairs in Darzona and Skyber Barn
